Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging (including tags, boxes, and accessories)
- Returned due to a quality issue, damage, or our error – or if you simply changed your mind, we still accept the return as long as the product is unused.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked)
- Intimate apparel or swimwear without original hygiene liner (not applicable to our current assortment, but noted for clarity)
How to start a return
- Contact our customer support at info@windsorstorre.it.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label (free of charge).
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location.
Return shipping cost
Free returns. We cover the return shipping cost. No restocking fee will be charged.

Refund process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it (usually within 1–2 business days), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Please note: It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal – they may take additional processing time. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@windsorstorre.it.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
